Trolling?

I have my own idea of what Trolling actually means on the forum, but I see people getting banned for it, I have looked/search featured it, can someone clear up what banned for trolling/spamming actualy is?

Thanks actually just found it after posting ,48 regulator banned someone and gave a explanation
